The new cloud-based investor relations CRM and targeting platform
30th October 2020 – Euronext Corporate Services today announced the launch of the next generation IR.Manager, the new cloud-based version of their investor relations CRM and targeting platform. This represents a significant upgrade from previous IR.Manager versions, which were based on desktop installations, and only available for Windows PCs. The next generation IR.Manager will have a sleeker user interface, enhanced user experience, and an improved capital markets data feed. Above all, the new web-based solution makes all of the CRM, shareholder base, investor targeting and reporting features accessible from anywhere.
IR.soft (owner of IR.Manager) was one of the first acquisitions made by Euronext Corporate Services in 2017, in an effort to provide issuers with tools to support their capital markets journey. Several iterations of the desktop and mobile versions of IR.Manager have been released over the last three years, with the latest v6 version being completed in 2019 followed by an Android version for mobile. In just a few short years, IR.Manager has become a crucial component of many IR teams’ workflows, with a growing client base of small and large-cap companies across Europe. All existing customers will be migrated to the new web-based version of IR.Manager, and will receive thorough training and support.
