AI and Digital Leadership at the Board Level

To keep a company as relevant tomorrow as it is today, the time is now for boards to become digital and
AI-conversant as well as aware of the challenges and opportunities embedded in digitalisation processes. The job of a board is to protect shareholders’ interests. But because AI is so fundamentally disruptive (strategically, operationally, and competitively), the board has an obligation to its shareholders to drive and oversee the change.

As the custodians for enterprise risk management, it is time for boards to be prepared on digital, info security and AI potential dangers and get properly organised to advance their AI and digitalisation agenda.
